All our full time Staff are trained and certified to use Pesticides in a safe and desired manner which is a directive from Brussels which all Professional users obliged to be have this before the end of 2015.

All Staff are well trained in carrying out their duties in a safe and desired manner and part of their Induction is to have a certified SafePass and Manual handling course completed during their Probation period.

Staff all partake in ongoing training opportunities which are accredited through recognised and certified training providers. This is most essential and is always to the fore front of annual Performance reviews we conduct with our staff.
